Applying for ADA Accommodations on the CPA Exam

1. Documentation must be recent (3 years).
2. Must be sent to NASBA in Tennessee.
3. Apply at nasba.org for NTS (notice to schedule). Attach this ADA form http://www.nasba.org/nasbaweb/NASBAWeb.nsf/FNAL/ADAModificationForm?opendocument
5. call Prometric (as of now, students requesting accommodations must call and cannot schedule exam dates online.)
